Your mission: * Leading and coordinating a team of mechanical engineers. * Ensuring the execution of mechanical engineering projects. * Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. * Supporting the team in technical matters. * Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met. * Participating in the development of new products and solutions. * Promoting continuous improvement. Your Profile: * Completed studies in mechanical engineering or a comparable field. * Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the elevator or escalator sector. * Leadership experience. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Solution-oriented and independent way of working. * Very good knowledge of German and English.
