The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping and upkeep of luxurious mansions, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently met.

• Lead and manage a team of housekeeping and upkeep staff, providing guidance, training, and support
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning and maintenance schedules for multiple high-end properties
• Oversee the upkeep of mansion interiors, exteriors, and surrounding grounds
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet luxury standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Prepare and manage budgets for mansion upkeep operations
• Implement and maintain safety and security protocols
• Stay updated on industry best practices and innovative cleaning techniques
