As a Team Leader (Assistant Supervisor), you will support the sales team on a daily basis and act as a liaison for the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Manager in the field.
As part of the development of our outlet store in Messancy, we are looking for a Store Supervisor capable of supporting the team daily, ensuring an impeccable customer experience, and contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives.
Your mission
As a true link for management in the field, you will contribute to the smooth running of the store and support the teams towards operational excellence.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
• Leading by example in terms of customer service and commercial performance.
• Supporting, motivating, and assisting employees in their daily tasks.
• Ensuring the quality of product presentation and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Guaranteeing a smooth customer journey and rigorous management of checkout operations.
• Participating in the optimization of merchandise flow and stockroom organization.
• Ensuring the smooth running of store activities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Contributing to maintaining a welcoming, organized, and high-performing work environment.
