Your tasks:

Disciplinary and technical leadership of a team

Operative and strategic planning of production

Ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations according to company standards

Coordination and audits with internal interfaces to ensure goal achievement, quality assurance, and process improvement

Your profile:

Completed technical training in a metalworking profession, ideally supplemented by further training as an industrial master (d/m/w) or technician (d/w/m)

First experience in personnel management

Safe demeanor and high team competence

In-depth knowledge of MS-Office
