Team Leader Logistics

For our customer in the Olten/Solothurn region, we are looking for a motivated and flexible individual to fill the position of Team Leader Logistics 100% (a). The working hours are from Sunday to Friday, 14:00 to approximately 23:00. Your tasks - participation and responsibility for the areas of incoming goods, commissioning, and outgoing goods - control, monitoring, and control of operational processes - monitoring and participation for a smooth workflow - you will be a role model for our 30 employees and convince through your enthusiasm and "hands-on" mentality - self-responsibility in daily business as well as in projects for continuous process improvement. Your profile - completed education as a logistics technician EFZ and further training to logistics expert with eidg. Fachausweis or more years of leadership experience in a similar position - very good physical condition - willingness to work in a cold storage facility - friendly, resilient, communicative, team-oriented, and performance-driven personality - strong quality and customer awareness - good PC-, MS-Office-, and warehouse management system knowledge
