Team Leader Logistica

Adecco Italia Spa, Specializzazione Logistica e Trasporti, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a multinational logistics company in Piacenza. The resource, inserted within the Warehouse team, will be mainly responsible for: -Coordinating and managing warehouse operators, providing constant feedback to achieve daily production and productivity targets. -Controlling operational flows within their area of competence. -Monitoring assigned targets and ensuring compliance with established procedures. -Ensuring accurate inventory management and control of stock levels. -Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety regulations. -Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. -Providing support and guidance to team members as needed. -Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes. -Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse performance. -Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. -Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data. -Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
