Team Leader Loading Operations Freshful

As a Team Leader Loading Operations at Freshful, you will coordinate the team of loading coordinators, manage daily interaction with Freshful Now distribution drivers, and ensure the smooth running of loading and delivery operations. You will ensure the dynamic balance between operational demand and available capacity (couriers, vehicles), and your role operates in real-time throughout the operational day, constantly adapting the activity to volume changes, resource shortages, and technical issues, with the goal of maximizing performance indicators.

Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and supervise the daily activity of the loading coordinators team, ensuring that tasks are completed according to quality standards and within the established timeframe;

● Manage and monitor planned routes in the system, intervening quickly to resolve incidents that occur on the operational flows;

● Ensure complete operational coverage for the team (rotations, days off, emergency situations) and intervene to maintain activity continuity;

● Set clear objectives for each team member, monitor performance through periodic evaluations, and coordinate the onboarding of new colleagues;

● Facilitate cross-functional communication between the loading coordinators team, field operations, warehouse, and logistics management;

● Manage contingency scenarios (atypical volumes, vehicle unavailability, weather conditions) and adapt planning in real-time with the team;

● Identify training needs for team members and propose individual development plans;

● Report incidents and measures taken daily to the direct superior, maintaining operational transparency;

● Identify opportunities for process optimization and actively participate in operational excellence initiatives.

● Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) — configuration and reporting;

● Advanced Microsoft Excel usage;

● Capacity to analyze and interpret large volumes of operational data;

● Knowledge of routing and logistics optimization principles;
