Team Leader IT Operations Hermosillo (m/f/d)
Job description
Ensure the continuity, security, and efficiency of information systems and technologies within the harness manufacturing plant.
- Manages and supervises the IT / IT Operations org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Oversee servers, networks, computers, and production control systems, including ERP and MES.
- Ensure proper functioning of ERP, MES, and specialized software for harness production.
- Implement security policies, backups, and contingency plans.
- Lead and develop IT team planning activities to meet all requirements and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate IT solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and governance in the harness manufacturing plant.
