Job description
- You motivate and lead your team day by day to achieve high performance in the sales of our digital advertising platforms and innovative online products.
- Accompanying and co-shaping customer meetings with your team members makes your heart beat faster.
- You maintain a steady focus on the individual development of your team, just as you do on the personnel expansion of your team together with recruitment.
- You keep an overview as an interface to various departments (sales marketing, sales support, etc.) and provide all necessary information transparently to your team.
- Our own CRM reporting helps you keep track of your team's performance.
