Team Leader in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities - Supervise a team of 3 to 5 collaborators on the construction site - Collaborate with a technician to organize and plan the work - Ensure effective coordination between stakeholders - Guarantee respect for safety standards and ensure the safety of collaborators - Write daily construction reports. Profile - Holder of a CFC in masonry or road construction, with a team leader's certificate. - 3 years of experience at a similar position in Switzerland. - Confirmed experience in project management on construction sites. - Good relational skills and ability to motivate and lead a team. - Mandatory driving license B.
