Team Leader HVAC
Job description
What will you do as a team leader?
As a team leader HVAC, you will work daily with your fixed colleague - you and your colleagues form a strong team on the construction site.
- You will be responsible for the installation, connection, and regulation of heat pumps, air conditioning units, sanitary installations, and ventilation systems. You may also need to dismantle and remove old installations.
- This will also involve preparatory work (sanding, cutting, laying pipes)
- You will test these installations to see if the works were successful.
- You will keep your colleagues informed about the necessary materials and order them accordingly.
- You will register which works have been completed and what materials were used for this purpose.
- As a team leader, you will maintain an overview. You think ahead and intervene before real problems arise. This way, you keep the tempo high and the atmosphere good.
