Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Port Elizabeth
Hire Resolve is seeking a proactive leader with a passion for teamwork and efficiency! One of our clients is looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join their dynamic production team! If you're eager to lead, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and value food safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and delegate tasks to production staff
- Ensure SOPs & work instructions are followed
- Assist with food safety, hygiene, & GMP compliance
- Monitor staff performance & provide on-the-job training
- Support inventory management & production efficiency
- Relevant qualification
- Strong leadership & communication skills (English/Afrikaans)
- Ability to delegate tasks & train staff
- Understanding of food safety & production processes
- Willingness to work overtime & night shifts when required
- Located in Port Elizabeth (or within 30km radius)
