Team Leader (Full-time) - Pointe-Claire Complex

As a Team Leader, you will report to the Store Manager and support the leadership team in creating an inclusive and positive work environment. You will play a key role in the success of the store by directing the team to achieve sales and profitability objectives, while contributing to recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to adapt to different situations, environments, responsibilities, and working hours will be essential to your success in this position.

A typical day

• Ensure the store meets company and key performance indicator objectives;
• Exercise leadership for the store by implementing company policies, procedures, and contributing to loss prevention, payroll, reports, and planning;
• Implement sales strategies while offering a clean, coherent, and welcoming environment that encourages customers to make purchases;
• Train, guide, and provide immediate feedback to team members;
• Maintain an effective and open line of communication with store management and district leadership.
