Team Leader (Full-time) - Les Galeries Chagnon

In this role as Team Leader, you will report to the Store Manager and support the leadership team in creating a inclusive and positive work environment. You will play a key role in the success of the store by leading the team to achieve sales and profitability objectives, while contributing to recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to adapt to different situations, environments, responsibilities, and working hours will be essential to your success in this position.

A typical day

• Ensure the store meets the company's and key performance indicators' objectives;
• Exercise leadership for the store by implementing company policies, procedures, and contributing to loss prevention, payroll, reports, and planning;
• Implement sales strategies while offering a clean, coherent, and welcoming environment that encourages customers to make purchases;
• Train, guide, and provide immediate feedback to team members;
• Maintain an effective and open line of communication with the store management and district direction.
