The team leader reports to the store manager and supports the management team in creating a collaborative environment that fosters inclusion and positive relationships. To ensure the success of the store, it directs and orients the team to achieve sales and profitability objectives. It also participates in recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Its ability to adapt to situations, environments, challenges, tasks, and varied work hours is essential to its success.

Responsibilities (what you will do on a daily basis)

• Ensure the store meets the company's objectives and respects key performance indicators.
• Manage the store by ensuring well-distributed tasks (company policies and procedures, loss prevention, payroll, report production, and scheduling).
• Implement sales strategies while offering a clean, coherent, and welcoming environment that encourages customers to shop.
• Act as a mentor and coach team members by providing immediate feedback.
• Establish open and effective communication with the store manager and district director.
