Your tasks: Leading a team of 6 employees in an operational context
Conducting employee interviews and tracking goal-oriented targets
Contact person for customers and partners in all aspects of goods receipt
Reporting partner quality
Taking over and processing shipment data from incoming network shipments
Creating unloading reports and clarifying differences
Processing incoming Avis shipments and Hall checks
Your profile: Education as a merchant for freight forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d), or equivalent qualification
Multiple years of experience in a goods forwarding company
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience with key figures and good business knowledge
