Team Leader for Road Maintenance Substitute Description of the Job In your role as a team leader for road maintenance substitute, you coordinate and control the activities of a road maintenance team, supporting and replacing the team leader. Responsibilities Support and replace the team leader of maintenance, upon order or in case of absence. Coordinate and control the activities of a road maintenance team. Participate in the work carried out. Ensure winter service and standby intervention, according to established procedures. Monitor and report on the progress of tasks. Provide guidance and support to team members. Maintain records and documentation of work performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. Perform other duties as required.
