Team Leader for Penetration Test Coordination Team Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Operating system Windows About the project BNP PARIBAS, the leading bank in the European Union and a leading international player, is seeking to complement and reinforce its existing teams in the areas of cybersecurity. Within EMEA IT Risk and Cybersecurity Office, part of the IT Directorate of BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), you will be part of the EMEA Ethical Hacking team. You will play a key role in coordinating and leading penetration test activities across the region, ensuring that all tests are conducted in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures. Your main responsibilities will include: • Leading and coordinating penetration testing activities for various business units within the bank; • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration; • Providing guidance and support to team members on test methodologies, tools, and techniques; • Collaborating with other teams to identify and prioritize potential vulnerabilities; • Ensuring that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for reporting test results and providing recommendations for remediation. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or a related field; • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and relevant technologies; • Experience with penetration testing tools such as Nmap, Nessus, Burp Suite, etc. • Knowledge of ethical hacking frameworks and methodologies (e.g. OWASP, NIST); • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
