Position Information To provide comprehensive administrative leadership and support within the financial and wealth management environment. This role combines hands‑on administrative duties with team leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Include: • Provide strategic guidance to the finance administration team, ensuring effective workflow coordination and client satisfaction. • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. • Foster a positive work culture by promoting open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance teams, HR, and other departments. • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Identify and address potential risks and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. • Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. • Provide administrative support to senior management as required. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role. • Strong understanding of finance administration principles and practices. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with financial software applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle). • Certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CAIA) would be advantageous.
