Team Leader Driver

Job Description Team Leader / Driver (Class 4) Full-time | Monday to Friday | Public Holidays as required We are looking for a Team Leader - Driver to coordinate daily driver operations and support the smooth running of our transport activities. In this role, you will ensure drivers are prepared, compliant, and operating efficiently, while also providing hands-on support across operations when required. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that combines leadership, coordination, and driving responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a valid Class 4 driver's license. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating daily driver operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring driver activities; • Ensuring drivers are prepared for their routes, including conducting pre-trip inspections and providing necessary equipment and supplies; • Providing hands-on support across operations when required, including assisting with vehicle maintenance and repairs; • Maintaining accurate records of driver performance, including hours worked, route information, and any incidents or issues that may arise; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of transport activities into overall business operations.
