Team Leader - Deposit Courier - Gilau, Cluj

We are offering courier services of quality and building the largest network of lockers nationwide. Currently, same-day deliveries are processed in our two logistics hubs near Chitila and Sibiu.

What skills and competencies do we look for:

• Experience in logistics and coordinating employees, with the ability to organize daily activities and follow internal procedures;

• Proactive attitude, spontaneity, and flexibility, open to changes and adaptable to a dynamic working environment;

• Knowledge of PC, including report preparation and analysis in Excel;

• Resistance to stress and activities that require continuous movement, mobility, and fast-paced work;

• Good coordination, organization, and interaction with employees, with the ability to motivate and guide the team;

• Available for work in shifts, with orientation towards results and responsibility;

• Availability for travel and delegations to other work points;

• Category B permit and personal vehicle.

What you will do:

• Coordinate the team, planning, organization, and task completion; train and evaluate personnel; participate in integrating new employees;

• Respect internal procedures, operational flow, times, and allocated budgets;

• Report irregularities, participate in remedying them, prepare documents, reports, and analyses, regarding productivity and inventory;

• Verify efficiency indicators, punctuality; manage leave and sanction deviations;

• Oversee equipment and entrusted goods; monitor receipt and dispatch of shipments, prevent thefts, and maintain cleanliness;

• Communicate efficiently with the team and other departments in the company; participate in meetings and use internal applications according to procedures.
