Requirements:

• Experience on a similar post – 1 year;
• Knowledge in the field of logistics;
• Knowledge to operate PC & Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• SAP knowledge - represents an advantage;
• Experience in the automotive field - represents an advantage;
• Good communication, organization, coordination, and delegation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operational coordination of activities in the logistics warehouse and employees;
• Constant verification of compliance with procedures and norms within the warehouse;
• Analysis of warehouse activity from a performance, productivity, efficiency, and proposing/implementing measures for optimization/effectiveness;
• Maintenance and efficient use of warehouse space;
• Administration of the main IT management tool for the warehouse (SAP);
• Setting goals together with subordinates and clear communication of expected performance level;
• Periodic reports (daily, weekly, or monthly) to direct superiors regarding warehouse activity and results;
