Deccan Finance Limited is looking for an experienced Team Leader Sales & Collections to lead and manage a high-performing team. The role involves driving loan disbursements, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.

• Lead and manage the sales and collections team to achieve monthly disbursement, revenue, and collection targets.

• Drive sourcing of Car Loans and Commercial Vehicle (CV) Loans through dealers, DSAs, referrals, and direct customers.

• Manage the complete loan lifecycle including lead conversion, login, approval coordination, disbursement, and collections.

• Ensure timely completion of PDD (Post Disbursement Documents) as per defined timelines.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly MIS related to sales performance, collections, and PDD status.

• Ensure strict adherence to collection policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical business practices.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of car loan and CV loan sales & collections processes.

• Proven experience in NBFC / BFSI environment.

• Ability to drive targets, manage teams, and ensure compliance.
