Team Leader

Purpose of the Position

The Team Leader coordinates daily operational activity of the courier team, ensuring the organization of expedition flows, correctness of operations, and compliance with internal rules.

Responsibilities

Organizes the work zone and expedition flow
Coordinates and sorts expeditions
Corrects incorrectly allocated routes in the system
Redistributes sorted packages and delivers damaged packages to the specialized department
Conducts expedition inventory
Ensures compliance with procedures and internal rules by the courier team
Maintains communication with management and other departments
Takes over coordinator (direct superior) responsibilities during periods of absence (leave, delegation, approved situations)

Working Hours: 04:00 - 12:30
