Join our team as a Team Leader for couriers in the Cargus warehouse in Măgurele

We are looking for an organized and solution-oriented person who will monitor the operational flow and contribute to the efficiency of the delivery activity.

What you will do in this role:

• You will monitor the daily activity of the couriers and the execution of deliveries according to the plan

• You will organize the dispatch flow and the operational area for maximum efficiency

• You will check and correct route allocations in the system

• You will monitor the sorting process and intervene when errors occur

• You will contribute to compliance with operational procedures

• You will manage unforeseen situations (damaged parcels, sorting errors, etc.)

• You will constantly collaborate with the operational team and other departments

What we are looking for in you:

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage

Role Details:

• Location: Măgurele

• Schedule: 04:00 – 12:30

• Total net package up to 4,400 lei (consisting of base salary, performance bonus, and fuel card) plus meal tickets of 30 lei/day
