About the Role Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Service Technician Team Leader to lead our team of chillers service technicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team of chillers service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of all assigned tasks. • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering). • 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in chillers service and maintenance. • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve exceptional results. • Strong technical knowledge of chillers and related systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
