Are you an effective communicator, a great strong leader? If so, ctrg is currently offering a great opportunity for you to join the production team as a full time Team Leader in Wisbech, PE13 2RN. Your pay rate as a full time Team Leader will be £14.60 We have a range of shifts available for you: Sunday to Wednesday - 20:15 - 06:00 Wednesday to Saturday - 17:15 - 03:00 and 20:15 - 06:00 EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL Your role as a Team Leader: Managing, motivating and training Operatives; ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard; maintaining a positive and productive work environment; and ensuring all Operatives are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
