Team Leader - Building Consent Inspections

This role is part of their Building Consent team, which is responsible for ensuring that building projects in Invercargill meet the necessary standards and regulations. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of consent inspectors who are passionate about delivering high-quality services to our community. You will work closely with other teams within the council to ensure that your team’s work is aligned with the organisation's overall goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or have relevant qualifications and training. They are looking for someone who is passionate about building consent inspections and has a strong understanding of the Building Act and regulations.
