Responsibilities and Tasks of the Function

Led and coordinate the team of quality inspectors in operations triage and reactivity;

Ensure compliance with KPIs for quality, traceability, and productivity;

Ensure correct application of Clean Point, D-1 records, controls, and reports;

Audit workstations, ensuring conformity with SOPs and client standards;

Act as a technical interface with the client's Quality department, participating in meetings, analyses, and action plans;

Manage absenteeism, overtime, holidays, and team substitutions;

Ensure continuity of operations without impacting production.

Required Qualifications

Tech or superior degree in Engineering, Production, Mechanics, Quality, or related fields;

Proven experience in leading quality or production teams in the automotive sector;

Familiarity with indicators, audits, non-conformity treatment, and action plans;

Availability to work on-site in Betim/MG.

Complementary Qualifications

Experience in forging, machining, motors, or powertrain;

Familiarity with operations within OEM (Stellantis, VW, GM, etc.);

Knowledge of quality systems and traceability.
