Life Insurance Team Leader / Unit Manager

Job description

Main responsibilities:

continuously develop the coordinated team of Financial Consultants, through continuous recruitment and selection activities;
develop the portfolio of Life Insurance and General Insurance, both by involving team members and by developing their own insurance portfolio;
responsible for sales activity, promoting the products and services offered by GRAWE, in accordance with the company's sales strategy, both through the coordinated team of agents and directly;
organize, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and be responsible for the sales activity and results of the coordinated team of agents.

What we expect from you/Your profile:

university or secondary education;
specific professional training courses;
experience in insurance sales activity, minimum 1 year;
holding a sales team coordination position for at least 1 year is an advantage;
knowledge of the characteristics of Life insurance products;
PC operating skills (MS Office package);
planning and organization skills, communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
negotiation and presentation skills;
team coordination skills, integrity and ethics;
Holding the ISF certificate for professional training in the insurance field is a mandatory condition.
