Job description
Main responsibilities:
- continuously develop the coordinated team of Financial Consultants, through continuous recruitment and selection activities;
- develop the portfolio of Life Insurance and General Insurance, both by involving team members and by developing their own insurance portfolio;
- responsible for sales activity, promoting the products and services offered by GRAWE, in accordance with the company's sales strategy, both through the coordinated team of agents and directly;
- organize, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and be responsible for the sales activity and results of the coordinated team of agents.
What we expect from you/Your profile:
- university or secondary education;
- specific professional training courses;
- experience in insurance sales activity, minimum 1 year;
- holding a sales team coordination position for at least 1 year is an advantage;
- knowledge of the characteristics of Life insurance products;
- PC operating skills (MS Office package);
- planning and organization skills, communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
- negotiation and presentation skills;
- team coordination skills, integrity and ethics;
- Holding the ISF certificate for professional training in the insurance field is a mandatory condition.
