Team Leader Life Insurance/Unit Manager

Primary responsibilities:

• permanently develop the team coordinated by Financial Consultants, through a permanent activity of recruitment and selection;
• develop the portfolio of Life Insurance and General Insurance policies, both through the involvement of team members and by developing your own insurance portfolio;
• be responsible for sales activity, promoting products and services offered by GRAWE, in accordance with the company's sales strategy, both through the coordinated agents' team and directly;
• organize, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and be responsible for the sales activity and results of the coordinated agents' team.

We expect from you/Your profile:

• higher or secondary education;
• professional training courses specific to the field;
• experience in insurance sales, minimum 1 year;
• holding a team coordination position for at least 1 year presents an advantage;
• knowledge of life insurance product characteristics;
• operational knowledge of PC (Microsoft Office package);
• planning and organization, communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
• negotiation and presentation skills;
• team coordination, integrity, and ethics skills;
• The ISF certification is a mandatory condition for professional training in the insurance field.
