TEAM LEADER - SERVICE AREA FRATTA

For Chef Express in the Fratta service area, we are looking for a Team Leader.

What will your activities be?

• Personally handle customer service, guaranteeing a quality experience
• Supervise operational activities (restocking, openings/closings, cash register management, inventory)
• Monitor sales and shift performance, intervening in case of critical issues
• Support and assist the team, promoting a positive work environment
• Collaborate with Management to achieve objectives and implement company procedures

The profile we would like to meet

• Owns a car
• Previous experience in fast food, quick service restaurants, bars, or large-scale retail (GDO)
• Aptitude for leading a team, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage work even during the busiest moments
• Availability to work in shifts, on weekends, and holidays
