Team Leader - Fiscal Applications & Taxes (Sibiu)

We are looking for an organized IT Team Leader – a professional able to manage a team that provides clients with economic application support services.

Ce vei face:
• Coordinate the Economic Application Support Team: plan daily activities, assign tasks to subordinates, monitor team activity

• Collaborate with development and Customer Support teams

• Monitor client requests

• Optimize work processes as needed

• Write activity reports (analysis, configuration, testing)

• Support the professional development of team members, setting clear objectives and facilitating progress towards these;

Ce căutăm:
• Higher education in Economics, IT or related fields;

• Excellent management skills, prioritization, organization, communication, collaboration, problem-solving abilities

• Previous experience in team coordination

• Knowledge of fiscal/tax matters

• Knowledge of ERP and/or CRM software applications; curiosity for technology and innovation

• Previous experience with / in public administration represents an advantage
