Job description

As Team Leader, you will lead a multidisciplinary clinical team, holding responsibility for clinical quality, service delivery, and team performance. You will play a key role in supporting complex decision-making, strengthening internal capability, and driving continuous improvement in practice. What you’ll do Provide clinical oversight and guidance across the service Support complex assessments and high-risk case decision-making Ensure safe, ethical, and evidence-informed practice Oversee the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines for adult services Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination Identify and address any gaps or weaknesses in current processes Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
