About the Role As a Leading Hand, you’ll play a key role in maintaining productivity, compliance, and team performance in a fast-paced food production environment. You’ll lead by example, coach operators, and ensure that all processes run efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Include: • Maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency within the assembly area • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures • Providing coaching and guidance to operators to improve their skills and performance • Collaborating with the Assembly Supervisor to achieve production targets and resolve any issues that may arise • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process improvements and reduce waste.
