Team leader of primary materials

Kromberg & Schubert Romania Na is a company member of the German concern Kromberg & Schubert, which has consistently been recognized as a reference point for automotive standards. We are one of the most important producers of automotive cables in Western Romania.

Kromebrg & Schubert factory is located in Nadab Industrial Park, Chisineu-Cris town, Arad County.

Main responsibilities:

• Administers and updates data related to purchases (DISPO);
• Issues orders for primary materials;
• Calculates and orders the necessary materials;
• Maintains a safety stock;
• Analyzes order / verifies availability - weekly material order;
• Coordinates the introduction of new processes or changes within the department;
• Optimizes procurement processes;
• Permanently checks stock levels, ensuring sufficient primary materials for production planning;
• Participates in change management, ensuring fulfillment of DISPO conditions;
• Organizes the department it is responsible for functionally and administratively.

Our requirements:

• Higher education - technical preparation represents an advantage;
• Experience in purchasing / procurement of primary materials - at least 2 years;
• Techical and commercial knowledge;
• Advanced English language skills;
• German language skills represent an advantage;
• MS Office computer operation skills;
• Experience in coordinating a team represents an advantage;
• Analytical thinking;
• Flexibility and adaptability;
• Good communication and relationship skills.
