This is what your day with us looks like:

As Team Lead for Further Education Offerings in the AI and Data Science Team, you will be responsible for the execution and content development of our courses in the AI and Data Science team.

To do this, you will lead a team of instructors, be the central point of contact for course productions and content for our product management, and, with your team, ensure high-quality and didactically valuable delivery of content to our participants.

• You will lead and develop your team of instructors in the Data & AI field and provide technical guidance for the further development of courses.
• As a Subject Matter Expert, you will provide important input for the further development of your subject area's course portfolio, help us identify content trends, and develop relevant training measures.
• You will monitor current developments in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics, and derive relevant topics, technologies, and qualification offers for our portfolio from them.
• You will ensure the technical quality of our further education programs and continuously develop content, learning objectives, concepts, and formats together with your team.
• You will work closely with our instructors and subject matter experts and support them in the technical further development of their courses.
• You will ensure the adequate qualitative and quantitative staffing of your team with internal and external instructors and, together with our scheduling team, manage their deployment in teaching and course productions.
• You will analyze market, customer, and participant feedback and use these insights to optimize existing offerings and develop new ones.

This is what you bring:

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Data & AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a comparable technical field.
• Leadership experience or experience in the technical leadership of teams or networks.
• A sound understanding of current developments in Data & AI as well as a good sense for which technologies and competencies are relevant for the job market and further education.
• Experience in the conception, further development, or management of further education, training, or qualification offers.
• Experience in collaborating with instructors, subject matter experts, and various internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, empathy, and a structured, self-reliant way of working.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.

• Experience in adult education or vocational further education.
• AEVO certificate (AdA - Instructor Aptitude Certificate), Train the Trainer, or a comparable vocational education and training qualification.
• Experience with Python, Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, BI, or Generative AI.
