Job Description Team lead - Web Developer / Product Manager (Permanent) Role Type: Permanent Proposed Budget: 12 LPA Industry: Leisure Management Company: Subsidiary of a UK-based Group (HQ: London, UK) About the Role We are hiring a Team lead -Web Developer / Product Manager who can lead end-to-end product development, drive technical strategy, and manage the complete lifecycle of our web-based leisure management products. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in React and experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Agile methodologies. He/She should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product owners to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of web-based leisure management products from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. • Drive technical strategy for the team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. • Manage the complete lifecycle of our web-based leisure management products, including product roadmap definition, prioritization, and release planning. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product owners to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team, as well as with stakeholders and customers. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across all products. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our leisure management products.
