As a Team Lead Teacher/Tutor, you will lead a team that helps thousands of learners understand data and AI. You will be professionally responsible for planning, coordination, and quality assurance, and thus directly for the learning effectiveness of our customers.

Many teams scale training quickly. We build it sustainably, and you are the key to it. Your work ensures that not only more people learn, but that they are truly empowered to work in an AI-driven world.

You will specifically develop your coaches and create the foundation for excellent teaching. The Head of Delivery will support you strategically and give you the space to truly lead your team. Your focus: Creating structures that empower coaches to teach great and thus ensure our product quality.

Focus Areas of Your Role

• Professional leadership and motivation of your coaching team with a focus on development, feedback, and performance

• Planning and implementation of professional support for existing and new training; onboarding new coaches

• Quality assurance through KPI analysis, regular feedback, and documentation of all process flows

• Identification and implementation of automation potentials (e.g., HubSpot Workflows, Skedulo) in coaching and support processes

• Strategic co-design of projects (e.g., optimization of feedback systems, process improvements)

• Cross-functional collaboration with Training, Delivery, Learning, Customer Success, and Client Operations to ensure smooth operations

• You stay up-to-date with operational work through documentation and workflow optimization. However, your main responsibility lies in strategic management, team leadership, and quality assurance.

What You Bring With You

• 1–2 years of proven experience in disciplinary or professional leadership of a team (at least 3 people)

• Didactic experience in teaching complex subjects (e.g., trainer, coach, teacher)

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification, ideally quantitative/analytical

• Proficient knowledge in process automation and experience with HubSpot, Metabase, Asana, or similar tools

• Basic understanding and practical experience with Generative AI (GenAI)

• Ability for clear, empathetic, and constructive communication; conflict resolution skills and feedback culture

• Structured, solution-oriented way of working with a high standard of quality and reliability

• You have excellent command of both German and English, both written and spoken
