Team Lead Treasury (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Team Lead, who not only brings deep knowledge in the treasury field, but also has a passion to lead and develop a growing team. You will build our Cash Management Team step by step into a treasury team with experts and establish processes around liquidity planning, operational cash management, and financial instruments. • Team building and development: You will lead our Cash Management Team step by step into a real treasury team with experts, actively coach your team, and ensure that everyone can unfold their full potential
• Operative cash and liquidity management: You will keep an eye on our liquidity, create short- and mid-term forecasts, steer weekly payment flows, and optimize interest gains – you make cash management a strategic lever
• Financial instrument development: You will define and implement strategies for hedging, trade finance, and other financial instruments to smartly control risks and optimally utilize opportunities
• Systems and infrastructure improvement: You will ensure that our banking portals, ERP connections, and technical tools run smoothly and are continuously optimized
• Controls & external partners: You will develop internal control systems further and be the main point of contact for banks and credit insurance companies – a central role in our financial strategy

Your Profile

• You have over 5 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance
• You have leadership experience, are passionate about leading and developing your team, and ensure that everyone can unfold their full potential
• You are familiar with liquidity forecasting & modeling and can translate data into concrete recommendations for action
• You bring expertise in FX & risk management, trade finance, factoring, and financing
• You work pragmatically, are hands-on, proactive, and keep a clear head even in uncertain situations
• You are a strong communicator, coach your team, motivate others, and ensure that all processes run smoothly
