Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹6.0 – ₹6.5 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and lead a team of customer support associates. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Support Executives.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct regular team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
• Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and process guidelines.
• Analyze reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Drive employee engagement and maintain high team morale.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a Customer Support/BPO environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in handling customer escalations and performance management.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of customer service metrics and reporting.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
