Team Lead & Technical Architect – Power Platform CE

As a Team Lead & Technical Architect – Power Platform CE, you are responsible for the CE Architects domain. You combine leadership with substantive technical responsibility and lead a team of Power Platform specialists, including developers, consultants, and architects. You are the first point of contact for technical questions within the team & towards the client. Additionally, you develop and monitor HSO's technical vision in the area of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE, coach team members in their professional development, and work with the Product Owner on the roadmap.

What will you do?

As a Team Lead & Technical Architect, you are responsible for managing the CE architects domain and designing technical solutions for client projects. Additionally:

• Design technical architecture, integrations, and migration scenarios for client projects
• Act as a lead during sales and pre-sales processes for technical solutions
• Establish technical best practices within your team and promote them organization-wide
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and source control processes
• Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Consultants
• Coach and guide team members in their personal and professional development
• Be actively involved in recruiting, onboarding, and guiding new team members

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in IT or a technical field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience as a lead developer, technical architect, or team lead
• Strong focus on team development, people management, and customer centricity
• Knowledge of Azure services, DevOps, and CI/CD processes
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Ability to create technical designs, implement best practices, and guide the team in this
• Analytical, entrepreneurial, quality-conscious, and strong in substance
