Role Overview We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in GST Compliance, GST Litigation, Corporate Tax, Income Tax, TDS, and Transfer Pricing Compliance to join our Tax Service Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead a team of tax professionals and contribute to the growth and development of our organization. Key Responsibilities: * Lead a team of tax professionals in providing high-quality tax services to clients; * Develop and implement effective strategies for managing client relationships and growing business opportunities; * Collaborate with other teams within the organization to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities; * Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure that our services remain current and relevant; * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders; * Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge; * Identify and prioritize tasks and projects to achieve business objectives; * Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required; * Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a tax consulting firm; * Strong expertise in GST Compliance, GST Litigation, Corporate Tax, Income Tax, TDS, and Transfer Pricing Compliance; * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
