Team Lead - Talent Acquisition

Lead & Mentor the TA Team

• Guide recruiters on sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing

• Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and encourage growth

Drive Recruitment Strategy

• Build effective hiring strategies across multiple functions

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation

• Ensure alignment with business goals and DEI initiatives

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs

• Share recruitment insights, market updates & hiring analytics

• Manage relationships with external agencies and job portals

Process Excellence & Reporting

• Improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience

• Ensure compliance with labor laws & hiring regulations

• Track key metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring

Employer Branding & Market Intelligence

• Collaborate with HR & Marketing to strengthen employer brand

• Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices & competitor insights

✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership role
✔ Strong experience in IT hiring (mandatory)
✔ Expertise with ATS, HR tools, and sourcing platforms
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management & analytical skills
✔ Proven ability to meet hiring targets and lead high-performing teams
✔ Sound knowledge of labor laws & recruitment compliance
