Team Lead/ Sr Manager- SAT

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager with 10 years of expertise in satellite interception systems or related communication technologies. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance to government, defence, and intelligence clients using advanced interception and monitoring platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of satellite communication systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver support to customers through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and excellent leadership abilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading and mentoring junior staff members, as well as developing and implementing process improvements. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
