What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team in a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused environment.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of software within projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership, helping shape solutions that deliver real value for customers.
• Stay hands-on: design, build, test, and deploy software and computer vision algorithms for real-time food sorting.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting modern tools, methods, and best practices.
• Balance quality, innovation, and delivery to achieve strong outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide reliable estimates you can stand behind.
• Ensure compliance with software and cybersecurity standards while supporting customers and internal teams.
