We are currently looking for a Team Lead, Software Engineering. The Team Lead, Software Engineering, will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Team Lead will work closely with other teams to understand business requirements, design and implement software solutions, and provide technical leadership. Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor a team of software engineers. * Provide technical guidance and support to the team. * Participate in the design, development, and testing of software solutions. * Ensure adherence to software development best practices and coding standards. * Collaborate with other teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality. * Identify and mitigate technical risks. * Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. * Participate in the Agile software development life cycle. * Provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in software development. * 2+ years of experience leading a software engineering team. * Strong knowledge of software development principles and best practices. * Experience with Agile software development methodologies. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience with Java, .NET, or other programming languages. * Experience with SQL and relational databases. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
