Your Mission:

You identify new project opportunities, design customer solutions from scratch with and bring your team and Codewerk to the next level. While you not only have direct influence on project success, but also on long-term partnerships and the further development of Codewerk.

Your goal is to be responsible for a turnover of 1.4 million euros with your 7-member team in three years.

Team Leadership – Further development on all levels

• You bring the project team forward professionally and personally through your leadership and create a strong unit that develops tailored software solutions that not only work but also thrill.
• You discover new talents, foster their potential specifically and ensure that the team grows with the right skills and personalities.

Project Management – Growth & Opportunities

• Time-, resource- and budget planning? For you, no bureaucracy monster, but your tool to smartly achieve ambitious goals.
• You question the status quo, optimize processes, methods and technical standards – continuous improvement is self-evident for you.

Business Development – Ideas into Business

• You are a sparring partner on eye level for our customers – conceptually, technically and strategically. Trust instead of service mindset.
• No follower job: You take full responsibility for individual software projects – from the first pitch to the final go-live at the customer. You're at the wheel.
• Entrepreneurial thinking is accompanied by action: You develop your area of responsibility further, recognize market opportunities and actively bring new business fields into motion.

Qualification

• You're a maker: Initiative is your second name and you tackle challenges with sovereignty.
• Your motivation you gladly transfer to others and have fun building on your leadership experience.
• Software development is your playground – You know the tools, processes and right tricks.
• Your background: Completed studies in computer science, information technology, economics or a comparable education.
• Communication is your thing: You bring very good German and good English skills with you and can adapt to your various counterparts.
• You focus on developing innovative and efficient software solutions. To do this, you use common KI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• And the most important thing: You work well in a team, are reliable, open to new topics and love moving things!
