Team Lead SAP Retail Fuel & Network Operations (RFNO) (m/f/d)

• Leadership and further development of a team of SAP RFNO Consultants, as well as coaching in project day-to-day operations
• Consulting clients on the introduction and further development of SAP RFNO solutions
• Analysis and design of processes related to service station operation, billing, and financial integration
• Mapping of various operator and contract models (COCO, CODO, DODO)
• Responsibility for topics such as payment processing, clearing, commissions, inventory management, and POS integration
• Collaboration with integration solutions based on SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and EDI
• Support for implementation partners with complex requirements and architectural decisions
• Management and quality assurance of customer projects, as well as taking overall functional responsibility
• Contribution to new consulting approaches, templates, and AI-supported solutions
• Support with presales activities, bid management, and the further development of the RFNO consulting portfolio

• At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience in RFNO, IS-OIL, or a comparable environment
• Several years of experience in the service station, mineral oil, or retail fuel industry
• Sound knowledge of billing and financial processes (SD, MM, Payment Clearing, Commissions)
• Experience in the conception and implementation of complex SAP landscapes and integration scenarios
• Confident demeanor towards business departments, IT stakeholders, and management levels
• Initial experience in functional leadership, project team leadership, or mentoring of consultants
• Interest in modern technologies such as AI, SAP BTP, and Clean Core
